Everyone who got my text about heading down to mine this weekend, we are going to have to postpone it til next weekend because we are heading down to Forrest and Dan's Parkour Seminar on Sunday. If anyone is coming along to that we'll see you there, everyone else we'll let you know what's happening during the week.

nothing to do with BPCA, it was one of Forrest and Dan's classes but they invited a couple of the Yamakasi guys and Lisses guys to help teach. It was a really good day. I'm seriously nackered!! We'll put a post up about it soon enough!
