HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!The Saiyan team are back from the little Xmas break and are ready to take on the obstacles of 2010!! (Not for are Saiyan Bro Daffy tho, hes stuck in Ireland coz of snow)
First up its been crazy snowing over the past weeks making it very hard to PK or just train, However many of you have been working hard to push through the cold and ice and unlock a side you didn't know you had..The SnowSaiyan is a rare creature indeed.
Secondly we just cant miss out on PK-Snow ball fight part 2!! Head to Broadfields this weekend, It all starts around 12pm at BlackSquare then we will make our way to the fields for miles of fresh snow!!!! Got some snow beef to settle??
Lastly the Parkour Classes will start next week, same time and place, hope to see all of the team then. (More class info soon)

I hope every single one of you has consumed ridiculous amounts of alcohol over the last couple of weeks!!!!
I won't get too deep and philosophical here, other than to say that it is a great time to start new goals and resolutions if you haven't already! Mines already kicked off with the rebirth of my powerball workouts, and squash once a week to get the stamina back!! As of this week or next I will be trying to condition with you guys every week so hook me up with the detailssss!
2009 was officially a crazy busy year for me (and have so much to tell you guys) but now lets make 2010 biggggg!!

This week I have today, friday and saturday free. Next I have time on wednesday, thursday and sunday (hope on sunday will be an off-the-wall-jam). After that I will have a new schedule and because of that I have free time every tuesday and thursday. If you want I can send you an pdf-file where you can see when I am available ;)
