No Class 23rd and 24th Xmas break.
The Saiyan team will not be having Classes over the Christmas week, the 23rd and 24th. We will have are feet up and enjoying some minse pies and a glass of sherry!!!
hey guys, im gonna be heading down to a gym on wednesday if anyones up for it, its a good place to practice movements you're scared of and to try new things, post on the blog if youre up for it and i'll send you the details, hope you all had a good christmas =D
I hope every single one of you has consumed ridiculous amounts of alcohol over the last couple of weeks!!!!
I won't get too deep and philosophical here, other than to say that it is a great time to start new goals and resolutions if you haven't already! Mines already kicked off with the rebirth of my powerball workouts, and squash once a week to get the stamina back!! As of this week or next I will be trying to condition with you guys every week so hook me up with the detailssss!
2009 was officially a crazy busy year for me (and have so much to tell you guys) but now lets make 2010 biggggg!!
